First of all, I congratulate the team of Faces of Rajkot for such an 00initiative to bring out the uniqueness of the individuals in the form of their stories.
Rajkot is a beautiful city and like any other city, there is time in it’s history, like never before, to change the way it is for betterment of it’s citizens.
I am sure everyone must have read in the newspapers that Rajkot is selected for developing as one of the smart cities of India. But now there will be a competition from which he government will select only 20 cities to develop as a smart city. And if Rajkot is selected in those 20 cities, we will get Rs. 1000 crores to make our city clean, better and much more beautiful.
It is a never before opportunity. Rajkot Municipal Corporation is doing the best efforts but without citizens participation, it will not be possible. So, it is the responsibility of each and every citizens to help us, Rajkot Municipal Corporation, to develop yours, mine and our city, Rajkot.
