She is a wanderess, a drop of free water. She knows nothing of borders and cares nothing for rules or customs of the traditional Rajkot society. Her life flows clean, with passion, like fresh water. She is Khusbu Vagadia, running an English coaching centre in Rajkot for IELTS and spoken English.I started teaching since I was in school. I used to teach nearby students and kids from the streets around. I joined a very reputed institute of Rajkot and got them fame and name. I thought if I can work for them and make them successful why don’t I do it for myself? Very soon I put the idea into practise; I started my own coaching institute with very few students. I was happy with what I was doing. Gradually I started getting more and more success.

I strongly believe in doing something on my own rather than depending on my family before marriage or on my husband afterwards. Many girls in Rajkot works either to support their families or only because they want to work. I have seen girls working because they can go out of house. With no dedication, no passion for work and no learning!!! No life girls. I have seen girls giving excuses at work like, I can’t do this and that but, expect salary on time and equal to others. I’d rather be thought of as smart, capable, strong, and compassionate than beautiful. Those things all persist long after beauty fades.
